How the chat works
Timed messages from you, viewer messages, and featured questions.
The chat sits beside the video and keeps every showing feeling alive.
Your messages. In the webinar editor → Chat, add messages and the exact minute they appear, like "Where are you watching from?" at 0:20. They show with your name and a Host tag. Press Add 5 starter messages for a ready-made set.
Viewer messages. Viewers can type to you any time. Their messages come straight to you (Chat page, and by email). Other viewers don't see them.
Featured questions. When sending, a viewer can tick "Feature my question for future viewers". If they did, you can switch on Feature on the Chat page and add your answer. From then on, every future showing shows that question (first name only) and your answer at the moment it was asked.
Every message is real: your own, or a viewer's who agreed to be shown. That keeps you on the right side of advertising rules and keeps trust high.
