Fair play

Your reputation is your business. Wakebooked is built so your webinars convert hard and still hold up to anyone's scrutiny.

1. The chat is real. Messages come from you, or from real viewers who said yes to being featured (first name only). Nobody is invented.
2. No made-up crowds. We don't show viewer counts we can't back up.
3. Recordings are called recordings. Every room shows a small "Recorded presentation" note. You can reword it, but it can't say "live".
4. Real deadlines only. An offer countdown needs a real end date that you honour.
5. No fake "someone just bought" pop-ups. That feature doesn't exist here.
6. Legal basics first. Pages publish once you've added a business address and privacy policy.

Why bother? US law (the FTC Act and the FTC's 2024 rule on fake reviews and testimonials, 16 CFR Part 465) treats invented testimonials and bot-made social proof as deception, and fines can be steep. Playing fair keeps your ads, your payment processor and your audience on your side.
