Reminder emails
What we send, from whom, and how to stay out of spam.
Every sign-up gets these automatically, from your name:

You also get an email when someone messages you in the chat, and a hot-lead alert when someone clicks your offer (Pro and up).
Sender name: Settings → Business details → Sender name.
Staying out of spam: send a test to yourself and mark it "Not spam". Ask new sign-ups to reply to the first email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, as the law requires.
